About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and work on high-end projects for international clients. The ideal candidate is both highly creative and technically strong, with the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual solutions across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality visuals for reports, books, magazines, presentations, catalogues, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Work confidently across Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, AI tools, etc.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and produce designs that align with brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of graphic designers, juniors, and interns, ensuring quality standards and professional growth.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and stay updated on industry trends to enhance the design process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional design experience (international client work preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Familiarity with printing presets, publishing standards, new design trends, etc.
  • Excellent command of English to confidently manage international client projects independently.
  • Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
