We are looking for a creative and passionate
Junior Graphic Designer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing and producing visual content for both digital and print platforms. You'll work closely with senior designers and marketing teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring all visuals align with brand guidelines and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of designs for social media, websites, marketing materials, and other digital/print assets.
  • Develop design concepts, layouts, and graphics based on project requirements.
  • Prepare and edit production-ready files for digital or print use.
  • Maintain consistency in design, colour, and typography across all materials.
  • Support the marketing team in developing campaign visuals and promotional content.
  • Incorporate feedback from senior designers to refine and finalise designs.
  • Manage and organise design files, templates, and brand assets.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design (internship experience is acceptable).
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    .
  • Basic understanding of design principles, colour theory, layout, and typography.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to accept feedback and make revisions as required.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.


Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Knowledge of
    motion graphics
    or basic animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with
    UI/UX design tools
    such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Familiarity with print production and pre-press setup.
  • Interest in branding, marketing, or visual storytelling.
