About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Walmart 2FS (Two-Step Fulfillment Service) Dropshipping Specialist to manage and scale our operations across the USA and Canadian markets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Walmart marketplace management, dropshipping operations, and compliance with Walmart's policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage and optimize Walmart 2FS dropshipping operations for USA & Canada.


• Handle product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management.


• Ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery through Walmart's Two-Step Fulfillment Service.


• Monitor account health, KPIs, and ensure compliance with Walmart policies.


• Research winning products and suppliers tailored for the US & Canadian markets.


• Implement strategies to boost sales, minimize returns, and increase profit margins.


• Resolve customer service issues and claims professionally.


• Work with suppliers and logistics partners to streamline supply chain operations.


• Stay updated on Walmart marketplace updates, policies, and competitive trends.

Requirements:


• Proven experience in Walmart 2FS dropshipping (minimum 1–2 years).


• Strong knowledge of Walmart marketplace (US & Canada).


• Hands-on experience with product listing, keyword optimization, and pricing tools.


• Familiarity with account health metrics, policy compliance, and performance management.


• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.


• Experience with automation tools, repricing software, or inventory management systems (preferred).
