We are seeking a Business Solutions Consultant to design and implement customized CRM and workflow systems that improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration across HBOX. This role will work closely with leadership and teams to map business processes, identify bottlenecks, and deliver solutions that scale with our growth.

1) Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess current business processes and team workflows.

  • Recommend and implement the right CRM solution (customized to HBOX's needs).

  • Design automation for repetitive tasks (sales, HR, client management, reporting).

  • Establish clear documentation, playbooks, and SOPs for system usage.

  • Train team members to adopt and maximize new tools.

  • Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and are scalable for future growth.

2) Expected Deliverables (by 3–6 months):

  • A fully functional, customized CRM tailored to HBOX operations.

  • Documented workflows and SOPs across departments.

  • Automated processes that reduce manual effort and errors.

  • Trained team members who can independently run and maintain systems.

  • Dashboard/reporting tools to give leadership real-time visibility into performance.

3) Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in CRM implementation (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or custom CRMs).

  • Strong background in process optimization and business systems.

  • Track record of delivering measurable efficiency improvements.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, developers, and business teams.

  • Excellent communication and training skills.
