Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable cycle including vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment processing.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
  • Assist in monthly closing, accruals, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
