Position Overview

Transpotech is looking for an
Accounts Payable Specialist
to manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time.
  • Maintain records of payables and perform bank and vendor reconciliations.
  • Support month-end closings and assist with financial reporting.
  • Monitor payables aging and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the finance team on expense tracking and approvals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar role.
  • Proficiency in
    QuickBooks
    and
    Microsoft Excel
    .
  • Good understanding of reconciliations and basic financial statements.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Prior experience with
    US-based accounting
    is a plus.
