Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and qualify candidates for international roles across diverse industries.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial outreach to final offer negotiation.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Leverage modern recruitment tools, databases, and social media platforms for effective talent sourcing. Collaborate with higher management teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven international recruitment experience in the US, UK Markets (this is a must).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership skills – Ability to build/lead a team, take initiatives for the betterment of the role and the company.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive mindset, always a few steps ahead in talent sourcing.
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and professional ethics.
