As a Global Project Manager at Geeks, you will drive the successful delivery of high-impact digital projects. You'll lead cross-functional delivery teams through complex project lifecycle, ensuring that scope, quality, and timelines are met with precision.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, agility, and innovation. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, design, and strategy to deliver value at pace. You'll also support our AI Agent Lab, where we rapidly build and test Proof of Concepts that explore the potential of AI Agents in solving emerging business challenges.

You'll be a key enabler of delivery excellence, bringing structure to complexity and clarity in liminal spaces. As part of our project delivery team, you will ensure that projects are not only delivered efficiently but also contribute to our culture of continuous improvement and digital evolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver multiple complex projects on time, within scope and budget, ensuring strong ROI and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Support and manage client contracts and SLAs, ensuring commitments are monitored and fulfilled.
  • Partner closely with our AI Agent Lab to support the delivery of Proof of Concepts that explore the potential of AI Agents.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retros, planning, reviews) and continuously evolve delivery practices.
  • Maintain robust project documentation and governance.
  • Use digital tools to manage and report on performance metrics across projects.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, leadership, and clients across different time zones.
  • Identify delivery challenges early, mitigating risks and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and real value creation.

Qualifications:

  • Degree Educated (technical or business): Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a technical or business subject (or equivalent).
  • 2+ year experience in similar positions: This is not an entry level role, you need to have worked in a similar position for at least 2 years
  • Analytical problem-solving: You are not easily overwhelmed by the complexity. You can break complex problems down into small and manageable components. You are quick to spot relationships between things and ideas.
  • Multi-tasking: Managing multiple projects
  • Excellent English language: You need to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Team player: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
