Project Management Coordinator
About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Project Management Coordinator to support our projects both dedicated to advancing international sustainability and environmental initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a multicultural environment and is passionate about coordinating projects that make a global impact.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination – Manage and oversee project activities for the Online Academy and Mustard Seed environmental initiatives, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.

Team Support – Assist international teams with project planning, implementation, and progress reporting to maintain alignment with EUTECH's mission and objectives.

Documentation & Tracking – Maintain project timelines, documentation, and tracking tools; monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedules.

Communication & Reporting – Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management – Facilitate effective communication with global partners, collaborators, and internal departments.

Risk Management – Identify potential challenges, propose solutions, and support smooth project operations.

Process Improvement – Contribute to the optimization of project management processes and digital tools.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Studies, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are an asset).
  • Proficiency with project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to perform well with minimal supervision.
  • Genuine passion for sustainability, environmental protection, and education.
