Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping
  • Support payroll processing and salary preparation
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and expense tracking
  • Help prepare financial reports and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoices and payments
  • Support tax compliance and statutory documentation processes
  • Perform data entry and maintain accounting software updates
  • Work closely with the senior accountant to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Excel)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately under supervision and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with payroll and taxation is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs90,000.00 per month
