Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description:

Royal Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. The role involves maintaining files, handling cash, posting expenses, and assisting in financial coordination between the branch and head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize accounting files and financial records.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Post daily expenses into the accounting system.
  • Track payments and monitor expenses.
  • Manage billing, petty cash, and payment vouchers.
  • Prepare branch expense reports and submit them to headquarters.
  • Coordinate with the head office for reconciliations and approvals.
  • Assist in preparing financial documents and reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounts/finance (fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
