We're hiring one versatile teammate to handle our social mediaandkeep our tour listings updated in the admin panel.What you'll doA) Social Media (primary)Plan and run a weekly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts & LinkedIn .Create posts/reels/stories (Canva/CapCut), write catchy English/Urdu captions, and schedule via Meta Business Suite.Engage daily: reply to comments/DMs, handle WhatsApp/Inbox queries, and route leads.Curate UGC/partner content; credit properly and follow brand style.Track performance (reach, saves, CTR, leads) and share weekly reports with insights.Coordinate basic collabs/influencer shoutouts when needed.B) Tour Packages (secondary)Add & update tour packages in our admin (group & private).Use ChatGPT (our prompts) to polish titles, teasers, highlights, day-wise itinerary, inclusions/exclusions, policies.Source royalty-free photos for destinations/hotels, optimize, upload with alt text & attribution.Enter pricing (solo/couple/private), add-ons, pickup points, schedules, seasonality, and category filters.Must-haveStrong English writing/editing; comfortable with Urdu captions.Canva/CapCut (or similar) skills for social content.Fast research; understands image licensing .Organized, reliable, detail-oriented ; comfortable using ChatGPT .Basic SEO and CMS/admin familiarity.Nice-to-haveTravel/tourism experience, basic Figma proficiency, familiarity with Meta/TikTok ads, and photography/videography skills.KPIs (weekly baseline)3–5 feed posts + 2–3 reels + regular stories across platforms.
