About Us

We are looking for a dynamic Fundraising Manager who can both build lasting donor relationships and drive fundraising campaigns to achieve financial growth for our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies with clear financial goals.
  • Identify, approach, and engage potential donors, sponsors, and institutional partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors through regular communication and updates.
  • Plan and coordinate fundraising campaigns, donor events, and community drives.
  • Draft compelling proposals, presentations, and impact reports for donors and partners.
  • Collaborate with communications and social media teams to promote fundraising initiatives online.
  • Track fundraising performance, prepare progress reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of donor contributions and timely acknowledgments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, sales, or business development (NGO experience preferred).
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu.
  • Ability to meet fundraising targets while maintaining long-term donor relationships.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of grant writing and institutional fundraising.
  • Familiarity with CRM or donor management systems.
