About Us

We are looking for a dynamic Fundraising Manager who can both build lasting donor relationships and drive fundraising campaigns to achieve financial growth for our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies with clear financial goals.
- Identify, approach, and engage potential donors, sponsors, and institutional partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors through regular communication and updates.
- Plan and coordinate fundraising campaigns, donor events, and community drives.
- Draft compelling proposals, presentations, and impact reports for donors and partners.
- Collaborate with communications and social media teams to promote fundraising initiatives online.
- Track fundraising performance, prepare progress reports, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of donor contributions and timely acknowledgments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, sales, or business development (NGO experience preferred).
- Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Ability to meet fundraising targets while maintaining long-term donor relationships.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of grant writing and institutional fundraising.
- Familiarity with CRM or donor management systems.
