We are seeking a passionate Sales Executive (Male/Female) to join our team If you love solving problems, possess good communication skills, are interested in Tech, and can engage with clients, this role is for you.

Our team of skilled professionals specializes in data storage and security solutions, including network-attached storage (NAS), SAN, and DAS, document and book scanning solutions, managed IT services, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships:

  • Build rapport with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their IT needs and challenges.
  • Address customer inquiries and assist relevant teams in resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation activities (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, networking).
  • Coordinate with the Pre-sales team to ensure timely responses to customer queries.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.

Customer Service:

  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.

Market Analysis & Research:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or Equivalent Experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a related field (preferably in the IT industry).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
