Accounts Executive

Location:
Sheikhupura, Lahore

Salary Bracket: 70k-90k (Depend on relevant Experience)

We are looking for a
qualified Accounts Executive
with
2–3 years of experience
in an
FMCG or Manufacturing company
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    day-to-day accounting operations
    , including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze
    monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
    .
  • Maintain
    accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
    .
  • Assist in
    budget preparation, cost control, and variance analysis
    .
  • Ensure
    compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
    .
  • Support
    monthly and yearly closing activities
    .
  • Coordinate with internal
    auditors
    during audit processes.
  • Manage
    inventory accounting, cost allocation, and expense tracking
    .
  • Post transactions and manage accounts through
    ERP software
    .
  • Liaise with
    banks, vendors, and internal departments
    for financial matters.
  • Having Knowledge about Taxation

Requirements:

  • Qualification:
    CA / ACCA / CMA / PIFA
    (Qualified or Finalist)
  • Hands-on experience with
    ERP software
  • Strong analytical and accounting skills
  • Candidate must be
    based near Sheikhupura, Lahore
