About the Role

Global Reliance is looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media and digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Ads.

Create, manage, and maintain content calendars aligned with brand goals and marketing strategies.

Collaborate with the design team to produce engaging graphics, visuals, and other marketing materials.

Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, and HR to ensure integrated and consistent brand communication.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing initiatives.

Support planning and execution of marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.

Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing tools, and platform algorithm changes to maintain best practices.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:2-4years of professional experience (preferably in the food or marketing industry).

Skills:

Graphic Designing (intermediate to advanced level preferred)

Social Media Campaign Management (especially Meta Ads)

Content Planning & Calendar Development

Strong communication and creative skills
