Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing procurement, RM & FG store inventory, dispatches, and system records while ensuring smooth supply chain operations. This role requires 60% on-floor presence for physical verifications and weekly stock audits to maintain accurate and reliable data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee store inventory for both Raw Materials (RM) and Finished Goods (FG).
  • Supervise dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Conduct physical verification of stock on a regular basis.
  • Maintain and update system records accurately and timely.
  • Perform every 15 days stock audits and report discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams for smooth material flow.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports using MS Excel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Graduation
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of industry level experience in supply chain, inventory, or store management.
  • Strong MS Excel skills for reporting and data management.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
