About the job:

We are seeking a skilled Integration Lead to join our dynamic IT team. As an Integration Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using IBM integration technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze integration requirements, and create scalable and efficient integration solutions. Your expertise in message transformation, middleware configuration, and troubleshooting will be crucial in ensuring seamless communication between diverse applications and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design, development and deployment of integration solutions using IIB/App Connect, API Connect and DataPower.
• Design APIs (API Manager, Developer Portal) and implement gateway policies (MPGW) on DataPower.
• Develop & review message flows, ESQL/XSLT transformations, and integration logic.
• Drive API lifecycle: design, security, versioning, documentation, and onboarding (Developer Portal).
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes/optimizations.
• Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and own change control processes.
• Manage & mentor a team of integration engineers; coordinate with architects, infra, and application owners.
• Maintain CI/CD artefacts for integration deployment; work with GIT/Harvest or equivalent.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable integration solutions and maintain runbooks.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience building APIs with IBM API Connect (Manager, Developer Portal).
• Strong experience with IBM Integration Bus / App Connect (message flows, ESQL, XSLT).
• Experience implementing services and MPGW on IBM DataPower.
• Solid knowledge of SOAP/REST, HTTP/HTTPS, XML, JSON, headers, status codes.
• Experience with version control (GIT/Harvest) and CI/CD basics for middleware.
• Proven experience leading teams and conducting code reviews.
• Strong debugging and production troubleshooting skills.
