Lead System Engineer

Scope:

• This role is responsible for providing advanced L3/L4 support for endpoint devices (Windows and macOS) across all the regions. The individual will manage enterprise endpoint tools including Intune, ManageEngine, DUO, BitLocker and ServiceNow to ensure devices are secure, compliant, and optimized for performance. They will also lead patch management, vulnerability remediation, and take end-to-end ownership of Adobe license provisioning, reassignment, and renewal activities. The role requires proactive engagement with global IT teams, end users, and procurement to deliver a seamless associate experience.

Our current technical environment:

• Operating Systems: Windows 10/11 and macOS (latest supported versions)
• Endpoint Management Tools: Microsoft Intune ManageEngine Desktop Central, JAMF
• Security & Compliance Tools: BitLocker for encryption, DUO for multi-factor authentication, vulnerability remediation processes integrated with endpoint tools
• License Management: Adobe Admin Console for license provisioning, renewals, and audits
• ITSM & Reporting: ServiceNow for incident, change, and asset management, including custom reporting
• Deployment & Imaging: Windows OS deployment and Intune Autopilot
• Support Coverage: Global support model with regional teams in APAC, EMEA, and the US

What you'll do:

• Provide advanced L3/L4 support for Windows and macOS endpoint devices across APAC and EMEA regions
• Manage and operate endpoint management tools including Microsoft Intune, JAMF, ManageEngine for device compliance, patching, and configuration
• Lead the deployment of security patches and vulnerability remediation across all managed endpoints
• Own the end-to-end management of Adobe licensing—including provisioning, reassignment, cleanup, and coordination with procurement for renewals
• Ensure BitLocker encryption compliance and support DUO MFA for secure endpoint access
• Generate timely reports using ServiceNow on device health, compliance status, and software utilization for leadership
• Drive improvements in the associate experience by proactively identifying and resolving systemic endpoint issues
• Document SOPs and collaborate with global IT teams to ensure consistency in endpoint operations and support

What we are looking for:

• Educational Qualification: BE/B. Tech, ME/M. Tech, or MCA with 10 to 13years of relevant experience in endpoint support and enterprise IT environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows and macOS endpoint support
• Proven expertise in endpoint management tools: Microsoft Intune, JAMF, SCCM, and ManageEngine
• Strong experience in patch management and vulnerability remediation using tools like Intune, JAMF, SCCM, and ManageEngine to ensure endpoint compliance and security across large enterprise environments
• Working knowledge of BitLocker encryption and DUO multi-factor authentication
• Experience with Adobe Admin Console for license management and renewals
• Proficiency in ServiceNow for asset management, reporting, and ITSM workflows
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex L3/L4 endpoint issues
• Strong communication skills to interact with global teams and business stakeholders
• Excellent documentation and knowledge transition abilities
