We're Hiring: Compliance Officer – Karachi

At Verve Homecare, we connect talented healthcare professionals with meaningful opportunities in the UK. Now, we're looking for a Compliance Officer to join our growing Karachi team.

This isn't your usual paperwork role – you'll be the backbone of trust and quality in our recruitment process. From ensuring candidates' documents are spotless to making sure every nurse and healthcare assistant is fully compliant with UK standards, your work will directly impact lives across the globe.

What you'll do:

Keep our candidate database sharp, organised, and always compliant.

Carry out essential checks: DBS, Right to Work, NMC registration, Fitness to Work, and more.

Arrange mandatory training sessions and follow up on completion.

Request, review, and validate professional references.

Work closely with coordinators to make sure onboarding runs smoothly.

What we're looking for:

Meticulous attention to detail (you love spotting what others might miss).

Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in compliance, recruitment, or healthcare admin is a plus – but not a dealbreaker.

Self-driven, reliable, and eager to learn.

Job Type & Timings:

This is a full-time onsite role at our Karachi office.

Working hours are 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM (PST), Monday to Friday.
