Location: Fincera Pvt Ltd – DHA Phase 4, Lahore (with travel to client/project sites as needed)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven Technical Sales Engineer with expertise in solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of solar power systems with proven sales skills to design, propose, and deliver customized solar energy solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients for solar EPC solutions.
  • Conduct site surveys, assess technical feasibility, and calculate system sizing.
  • Design solar PV systems (on-grid, hybrid, and off-grid) with accurate load calculations.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, including layouts, equipment specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Recommend suitable inverters, panels, and balance-of-system components from approved brand partners.
  • Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide after-sales technical support and system training to clients.
  • Stay updated on solar industry trends, policies, and incentives.
  • Maintain client relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Update CRM with lead status, proposals, and sales activity reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in solar EPC project sales/design.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, electrical design, and installation processes.
  • Familiarity with PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, or similar design tools.
  • Hands-on knowledge of leading solar brands (inverters, panels, mounting systems, batteries).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel to client sites and work in field conditions.
