Position Overview
The
Sales Manager
will be responsible for driving revenue and market growth for Jolta Battery across Pakistan. This role combines strategic sales planning, business development, and key-account management, ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge and a network in battery and solar sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase adoption of Jolta batteries products and energy storage solutions for solar, telecom, retail, industrial, and EV verticals.
Leads Conversion
Identify, engage, and convert new leads, including solar installers, EPC contractors, distributors, OEMs, and large-scale consumers. Grow the footprint in both urban and emerging markets.
Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key clients. Conduct daily market visits to support existing dealer network. Drive repeat business while ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Market Intelligence & Feedback
Continuously gather insights on competitor offerings, pricing trends, and emerging customer needs. Relay feedback to internal teams to support product development and marketing initiatives.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare and present forecasts, pipeline status, and performance against targets. Work closely with supply chain and operations to ensure timely deliveries and installation support.
Technical Collaboration
Partner with Jolta's technical teams or R&D personnel to assist with technical pre-sales, product demos, and solution customization, especially for solar energy applications.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
: Bachelor's degree (any discipline; prefer Business, Engineering, or related field).
Experience
: Minimum 3 years in sales, specifically within batteries, energy storage, or solar solutions in Pakistan.
Skills & Abilities
:
- Previous experience of forming distribution/dealers network is highly desirable
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network and understanding of the solar energy and energy storage landscape in Pakistan.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with ability to analyze market data and adapt plans accordingly.
- Proficiency in IT tools, MS Office suite; familiarity with technical documents and specifications.

Willingness to travel across Pakistan as required.
