About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced
Outbound Call Centre Manager
to lead our appointment-setting campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for building, training, and managing a high-performing team of outbound agents. Your success will be tied directly to your team's performance, with competitive earnings based on overrides.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and train outbound call agents for appointment-setting campaigns.
  • Develop scripts, training programs, and performance standards to ensure agent success.
  • Monitor and manage daily operations, ensuring call targets and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Motivate and coach team members to maximize productivity and results.
  • Track, analyze, and report on team performance, implementing improvements where needed.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine strategies and scale campaigns effectively.
