Overview:

We are looking for a
Web Developer
with a strong creative eye and a rock-solid technical skill set to join our growing digital team. This role requires someone who can merge functionality with aesthetic — building stunning, high-performing websites that elevate our product presence online.

You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our e-commerce platforms, ensuring fast performance, seamless user experience, and flawless visual execution. If you're fluent in both code and creativity — we want you on our team.

Key Respoonsible:

  • Develop responsive, user-friendly websites from concept to deployment (Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom).
  • Work with designers to bring mockups to life — pixel-perfect, animated, and on-brand.
  • Implement backend integrations for product listings, payments, analytics, SEO, and third-party tools.
  • Maintain and optimize websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and mobile performance.
  • Update content, collections, landing pages, and seasonal campaigns with agility.
  • Set up automations for customer journeys (popups, upsells, email flows, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot bugs and debug code across different browsers and devices.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and marketing teams to support launches and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 4–6+ years of web development experience, with a portfolio of product or brand-focused sites.
  • Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React is a major plus).
  • Experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Webflow).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git), hosting environments, and APIs.
  • Understanding of SEO, responsive design principles, and UX/UI best practices.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with designers and content teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience working with beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
  • Knowledge of Liquid (Shopify templating language) or theme customization.
  • Skills in motion/interactive design or 3D elements for immersive experiences.
  • Integration knowledge for CRMs (like Klaviyo), analytics, and payment gateways.
