Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day management and operation of the website.
  • Ensure website functionality, security, and performance at all times.
  • Regularly update website content (text, images, videos, events, blogs, news, etc.).
  • Monitor website uptime and troubleshoot errors promptly.
  • Optimize visuals and media for speed and quality.
  • Maintain a clear, modern, and user-friendly website layout.
  • Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, keywords, alt text, etc.).
  • Monitor site analytics and suggest improvements for traffic growth.
  • Optimize site speed and mobile responsiveness.
  • Ensure integration with social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise with hosting providers and developers when needed.
  • Manage website backups and recovery processes.
  • Ensure all plugins, themes, and CMS platforms are up-to-date.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in website management (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or other CMS).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and website performance tools.
  • Good design sense and familiarity with graphic/web design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
