We're looking for a hands-on Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that streamline operations, optimize workflows, and enhance overall efficiency. You'll leverage modern automation frameworks, scripting languages, and RPA tools to build scalable, reliable systems that reduce repetitive work and improve business performance.

What You'll Actually Do Here

·       Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and workflows using modern automation frameworks and tools.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.

·       Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure automation accuracy, reliability, and minimal downtime.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues, ensuring stability and scalability.

·       Monitor automation systems regularly, proactively identifying improvements and optimization opportunities.

·       Work closely with IT teams to integrate automation solutions with databases and existing systems.

·       Maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes, workflows, and configurations.

·       Train and support end-users to effectively adopt and utilize automation solutions.

·       Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and trends, applying best practices in projects.

What You'll Bring To Us

· –5 years of proven experience as an Automation Engineer (or in a similar role).

·       Strong proficiency in programming languages such as
Python, Java, or C#
, with clean, efficient coding skills.

·       Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as
Selenium, Appium, TestComplete
(or similar).

·       Solid understanding of
software development methodologies, testing techniques, and QA principles
.

·       Knowledge of databases and SQL, with the ability to query/manipulate data for automation tasks.

·       Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

·       Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

·       Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
