Job Summary:

Synercon Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Officer to manage the company's legal affairs. The ideal candidate must have a strong legal background with the ability to represent the company in legal matters, prepare legal documents, and boldly handle the legal affairs with the concerned parties and government line departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, including civil, criminal, labor, and commercial matters
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents
  • Handle all legal issues related to business operations and compliance
  • Visit and handle cases at, courts, government offices & Police Stations
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel when required
  • Provide legal opinions and advice to management on risks and liabilities
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, rules, and regulations
  • Liaise with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and other relevant authorities
  • Maintain legal records and ensure timely updates
  • Support HR and administration departments in legal matters related to employment or disputes

Required Qualifications:

  • LLB (minimum)
  • Valid license to practice law in Pakistan (High Court)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of legal experience, in legal proceedings, including civil, criminal, labor, and commercial matters
  • Strong knowledge of local, provincial, and federal laws
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple legal issues simultaneously
  • Fluent in English and Urdu (Pashto is a plus)
