Role Description
UTECH HUB is looking for a
proactive Business Development Specialist
to drive lead generation, client outreach, and business growth initiatives. This role requires a strategic, results-oriented individual who can generate leads, connect with potential clients, and support marketing and sales campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through
Upwork, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other lead-generation platforms
. - Conduct
market research
to identify trends, client needs, and potential growth areas. - Build and maintain
strong client relationships
through effective communication and follow-ups. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for business expansion.
- Prepare reports on lead generation, client interactions, and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in
email marketing campaigns
to engage prospects and nurture leads.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and business opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client engagement and team collaboration.
- Experience in
lead generation, client outreach, and email marketing
. - Proficiency with platforms like
Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
. - Outstanding customer service abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
