Job Description:

We're looking for a creative UI/UX & Graphic Designer with strong visual design skills and a solid grip on Figma. You'll craft intuitive, beautiful digital experiences across web and mobile while supporting our product and marketing teams with creative assets.

Responsibilities:

1.Design user friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications

2.Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems

3.Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate findings into design improvements

4.Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure accurate design implementation

5.Stay updated on design best practices, and emerging tools, especially to do with implementing AI into the workflow

6.Create supporting visuals for apps, websites, and digital campaigns

7.Design print-ready marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, banners, and other brand materials.

8.Ensure consistency in brand identity across platforms

Requirements:

1.Proven experience in UI/UX and graphic design

2.Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator

3.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

4.Portfolio showcasing UI/UX and visual design work

5.Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

6.Degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field preferred

Good to Have:

1.Motion/animation skills (e.g., After Effects, Lottie)

2.Experience with accessibility and inclusive design principles

3.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS)

4.Visual storytelling or branding/illustration experience

5.Previous experience working in a remote team environment

6.A collaborative mindset and strong team player attitude
