Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Furniture Production Manager located in Karachi South District. The Furniture Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing production schedules, ensuring the quality of the products, and coordinating with design and engineering teams. The role will also involve managing the workforce, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production management, scheduling, and process optimization
  • Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance methods
  • Familiarity with coordinating between design, engineering, and production teams
  • Ability to manage and lead a production workforce
  • Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance of production equipment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience in the furniture manufacturing industry is a plus
