Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategies to increase company revenue. Additional tasks include negotiating deals, preparing proposals, and working closely with the marketing and product development teams to align business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong analytical and market research skills
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales and business strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

kindly note :

1) Salary Range : 40 to 60k (Atleast one deal should be closed in a month)

2) Affiliate & Commision Program also available.

3) There will be a probation of 2 months after that you are eligble to unlock with company benefits like ( EOBI, Gratuity, Bonus, Annual leaves, Fuel & paid cash leaves)
