Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cutting Manager, located in Karāchi. The Cutting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the cutting department, managing a team of cutting staff, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of cutting operations, and maintaining the equipment. The role involves daily monitoring of production schedules, fabric utilization, and adherence to quality standards. The Cutting Manager will also coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing cutting operations, fabric handling, and team leadership
  • Knowledge of cutting machines, equipment maintenance, and production planning
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and industry standards
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the apparel manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
