About the Role

We're looking for a
creative and technically skilled AI Content Creator
who can produce high-impact video content using cutting-edge tools like
Sora 2, Veo 3, and other next-gen AI video generators
. You'll play a key role in shaping how Besque tells stories, transforming ideas, scripts, and briefs into visually stunning, scroll-stopping content that drives engagement across all social platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Create
    short-form and long-form video content
    using advanced AI video generation tools (Sora 2, Veo 3, Runway, Pika, etc.)
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring brand stories, campaigns, and product narratives to life
  • Develop and brainstorm ideas that elevate Besque's visual identity and beauty storytelling
  • Experiment with new AI tools, styles, and techniques to push creative boundaries
  • Optimize content for performance engagement, virality, retention, and brand impact
  • Stay updated with global trends in AI video, beauty content, and social storytelling

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience
    creating content with AI video tools such as
    Sora 2, Veo 3
    , Runway, Pika, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of
    storytelling, pacing, framing, and visual composition
  • Ability to translate briefs, scripts, or raw ideas into emotionally resonant content
  • Familiarity with operational tools such as Slack, ClickUp
    , and creative collaboration workflows
  • A curious, experimental mindset with a deep interest in new AI innovations and digital trends
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
