Pricing and Cost Estimation Engineer

Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan QTO House Full time 500,000 - 1,500,000 per year

-Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs for civil construction utilizing software such as Planswift, Bluebeam, or RS Means.

-Develop comprehensive cost estimates, integrating material costs, labor rates, equipment expenses, overheads, and contingencies

-Analyze architectural and engineering drawings, project specifications, and contract documents to determine accurate pricing for bids and proposals.

-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify project requirements and ensure estimates reflect the full scope and expectations.

-Monitor and research market trends, current material prices, and industry benchmarks to provide competitive and realistic pricing strategies.

-Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, estimation reports, and supporting documentation for internal review and client submissions.

  • Integrate sustainable construction practices and eco-friendly materials into cost estimates, in support of QTO House's commitment to environmental responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

-Proven experience in cost estimation and quantity takeoffs for civil or infrastructure projects.

-Proficiency in estimation software (Planswift, Bluebeam, RS Means) and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Knowledge of sustainable construction materials and practices is a plus.
