Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs.

The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our real estate business internationally, generating high-quality leads, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction. Strong English communication, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential for success in this role.

Duties

  • Communicate effectively with international clients in fluent English.
  • Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls, online research, and telemarketing strategies.
  • Conduct professional online meetings via Google Meet & Zoom Draft and send formal business emails to clients .
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to potential clients Build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the team to support lead-generation strategies .
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and following up post-sale.
  • Stay updated on industry practices, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities
