Location: Near City Hospital Saidpur Road Rawalpindi (Onsite)

1. Position Overview

Final Expense Fronters are responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, engaging them in conversations about final expense insurance, and pre-qualifying interested prospects before transferring them to licensed agents.

Final Expense Verifiers ensure the accuracy and quality of leads by confirming client details, verifying interest, and ensuring compliance with sales scripts and regulations before finalizing the handover to agents.

2. Key Responsibilities Fronters

  • Make outbound calls to targeted lead lists for final expense insurance.
  • Engage potential customers, build rapport, and generate interest.
  • Ask qualifying questions to determine eligibility and need.
  • Accurately capture lead information in CRM or dialer systems.
  • Transfer qualified prospects to licensed sales agents for policy discussions.
  • Follow approved call scripts and compliance guidelines.

Verifiers

  • Receive and review leads from fronters or external sources.
  • Contact prospects to confirm details such as name, DOB, address, and insurance needs.
  • Verify interest and eligibility for final expense insurance.
  • Ensure all compliance requirements are met before passing leads to closers.
  • Record verification outcomes and update CRM.
  • Flag and return invalid or non-compliant leads for correction.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, call centers, or insurance lead generation (Final Expense preferred).
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain a professional phone presence.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry and compliance.
  • Familiarity with CRM/dialer software.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calling in a fast-paced environment.

4. Performance Metrics

  • Number of qualified leads generated / verified per day.
  • Transfer rate to licensed agents.
  • Compliance adherence score.
  • Lead quality ratio (valid vs. invalid).

5. Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Flexible shifts (depending on campaign needs).
  • Base salary + performance bonuses / commissions.
  • Additional incentives for exceeding targets.
