Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily customer service operations and frontline staff.
- Ensure excellent guest experiences and resolve customer queries/complaints effectively.
- Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and maintain discipline.
- Implement customer service policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirement:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or supervisory roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle customer issues professionally and maintain a positive environment.
