Financial Analyst – Mergers & Acquisitions:

NETSOL Technologies
is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Financial Analyst – M&A
to join our Corporate Finance team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end M&A processes, financial modelling, corporate advisory, and commercial evaluations while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) process.
  • Develop and maintain advanced
    financial models
    including valuations, budgeting, costing, projections, and capital market analyses.
  • Support
    M&A due diligence
    activities and corporate advisory tasks.
  • Review and understand contract types such as
    MoUs, NDAs, LoIs, Term Sheets, SSAs, License & Delivery Agreements, Support Agreements
    , etc.
  • Handle corporate commercial arrangements and financial documentation.
  • Analyze financial statements and prepare reports for senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years
    of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree
    in Accounts & Finance.
  • Strong understanding of
    financial modelling
    , corporate finance, and advanced financial concepts.
  • Good grasp of
    corporate and contract law
    .
  • Preferably familiar with
    IT industry dynamics
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    , and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
