Job Summary SBTE/Equivalent to Intermediate

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified faculty member to join our institution under the State Board of Technical Education (SBTE). The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to diploma-level students, developing curriculum materials, assessing student progress, and contributing to the overall academic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Mathemetics,Physics and Chemistry (Main subjects)

  • Deliver lectures and practical sessions as per the SBTE-approved curriculum.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, lab manuals, and assignments.
  • Guide students on academic, technical, and career-related matters.
  • Conduct internal assessments, evaluations, and maintain academic records.
  • Assist in curriculum development and updates in collaboration with SBTE.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, departmental activities, and workshops.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.
  • Supervise student projects and encourage innovation and technical research.
  • Ensure adherence to institutional and SBTE guidelines and policies.
  • Maintain a conducive learning environment, including discipline and academic integrity.

Qualifications

Minimum Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field (Physics/Chemistry/Mathemetics)
  • Master's Degree in relevant discipline (preferred for senior roles)

Additional Requirements:

  • NET/SET qualification (if applicable in the state or institution)
  • Teaching or industry experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with digital teaching tools and e-learning platforms
