We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented AI Prompt Engineer to join our team onsite in Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi. The role involves crafting, testing, and refining prompts to train and optimize artificial intelligence systems such as ChatGPT and other large language models. The ideal candidate should possess strong writing skills, analytical thinking, and a solid understanding of AI-driven communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and refine AI prompts for accurate, creative, and contextually appropriate outputs.
  • Research and experiment with various prompt structures to enhance model performance.
  • Collaborate with developers, AI trainers, and content teams to align prompts with project goals.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain documentation of prompt versions, performance data, and outcomes.
  • Stay current with emerging AI models, tools, and prompt engineering techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, English, Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English language and grammar.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools, NLP (Natural Language Processing), or machine learning models.
  • Ability to work onsite and contribute effectively within a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
  • Basic proficiency in Python or scripting for prompt testing or automation.
  • Understanding of AI ethics, data quality, and bias mitigation.
  • Experience in content writing, copywriting, or UX writing is a plus.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday — 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

(Full-time onsite position at Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi)
