Job Summary:

We are looking for a Q/A AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for AI-driven and web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation testing tools, AI model validation, and quality assurance practices to ensure product reliability, accuracy, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for AI and software applications.

Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and product managers to understand system requirements and AI behavior.

Create test strategies and plans for AI models, including validation of predictions, NLP/NLU accuracy, and data quality.

Implement continuous integration and continuous testing (CI/CD) frameworks using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

Build automated pipelines for regression, performance, and functional testing.

Identify and report bugs, inconsistencies, or performance issues through systematic testing and analysis.

Utilize AI-based testing tools (e.g., , Mabl, Katalon, or Selenium with ML plugins) to improve test efficiency.

Work with version control systems (Git) and maintain proper documentation for test cases and automation scripts.

Ensure that automated tests are integrated with AI model monitoring and performance dashboards.

Contribute to improving testing frameworks, code quality, and QA processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in automation testing or AI-based testing.

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java for writing test automation scripts.

Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or Robot Framework.

Understanding of machine learning / AI pipelines, APIs, and data validation.

Knowledge of REST APIs and experience testing AI endpoints.

Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab).

Familiarity with AI testing tools (e.g., MLTest, Deepchecks, or Great Expectations) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience testing AI chatbots, NLP models, or computer vision systems.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes environments.

Understanding of data validation, model bias testing, and AI ethics in QA.

Performance Indicators:

% of automated test coverage achieved.

Reduction in manual testing time.

Accuracy of AI model validation results.

Timely detection and reporting of defects.

Continuous improvement in test cycle efficiency.
