About the Role

We are looking for a
Junior Flutter Developer
who is passionate about building high-quality, scalable mobile applications. You will work closely with our design and development teams to turn wireframes and UI concepts into fully functional apps. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced software environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop, maintain, and enhance Flutter applications for Android and iOS.


• Implement clean, maintainable, and efficient Dart code following best practices.


• Work with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.


• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs (e.g., Zoom, Jitsi, Stripe, Google Maps, etc.).


• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and pixel-perfect user interfaces.


• Debug, test, and optimize application performance for smooth animations and fast load times.


• Use Git and follow proper branching and version control workflows.


• Ensure app performance, security, and compliance with best practices.


• Participate in code reviews, and contribute to improving app architecture and developer workflows.


• Build and maintain modular, testable codebases, ensuring long-term scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Flutter development (internship or project-based experience acceptable).
  • Solid understanding of the
    Dart
    programming language.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
