Job Summary:

We are looking for HR Executive to support our Bahawalpur office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment support, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, attendance, and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.

  • Maintain HR records and ensure accurate data entry in HRIS.

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes for local hiring.

  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities.

  • Coordinate with central HR teams for policy implementation and compliance.

  • Assist in performance review and documentation processes.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

  • 1 year of relevant HR experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
