About the Role:

Digital Auxilius is looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong foundation in business analysis and stakeholder management to lead cross-functional software teams. This role bridges the gap between business goals and technical execution, ensuring that software projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with user and client requirements.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple software projects while translating business needs into functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of software projects in coordination with engineering, QA, design, and client stakeholders.

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear user stories or functional specifications.

  • Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering workshops with internal and external clients.

  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation (SOWs, BRDs, timelines, reports, risk logs).

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and clear understanding of project objectives.

  • Monitor project progress and performance using Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

  • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Report project status and updates to senior leadership and clients.

  • Ensure quality standards and user satisfaction throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management within software or IT environments.

  • Solid understanding of business analysis practices and ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, MS Project, etc.).

  • Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.

  • PMP, CSM, or CBAP certification is a plus.
