Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern Student Recruitment Officer, based in Lahore. The primary responsibilities include reaching out to prospective students, assisting in the recruitment process, and coordinating with educational institutions. The intern will engage with potential candidates to provide guidance, screen applications, and support them through application procedures, ensuring a smooth and informed admission process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to build relationships, communicate effectively, and guide prospective students
  • Proficiency in Job Description Development, Hiring, and Recruiting processes
  • Experience in Interviewing and assessing student needs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a dynamic setting
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Prior experience in student counseling, recruiting, or higher education is an advantage
