The Role

This role will lead the our client's team in Pakistan to provide strategic direction and leadership in the country, to manage end-to-end agent business relationships, service experience and in-market activities.  This role requires a dynamic leader with deep knowledge of the Pakistan market. Key to this role is the achievement and delivery of new student enrolment objectives for the management of the portfolio of Agents across all Products while creating a high-value collaboration with the partner network.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performance team with the ability to lead teams in a global, matrix environment.
  • Development & execution of sales account plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners.
  • Work alongside product sales and marketing to understand and identify market trends and opportunities for student recruitment.
  • Capable of managing a strong partner network, ensuring adherence to SLAs to improve customers' satisfaction.
  • Identify partner growth opportunities and risk profile – active management.
  • Provide high-quality product and process training to agents.
  • Assist in the development and launch of new recruitment initiatives, products, or regional strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activity enabling greater market competitor awareness and analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to support student conversion and pre-arrival success.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
  • Align the team with the Company's mission, vision, values, and strategy; clearly articulate the Company's business goals/plans and initiatives, ensure they are translated into action through performance goal setting, regular cascade/communication and feedback processes.
  • Drive a high-performance and coaching culture; provide ongoing and appropriate support, coaching, and development to enable their successful achievement of their objectives; energize through positive reinforcement and by acting as a solid role model.
  • Promote SG branding and customer value proposition, ensure that the in-market organization represents brand values and is recognised as our Partner's pathways provider of choice.

Requirements

  • Education industry experience is essential
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment teams and delivering against enrolment targets.
  • B2B, Channel Sales or Partner Agent experience.
  • B2C experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Strategic account management
  • Consultative selling methodology
  • Data analysis
  • Social selling e.g., LinkedIn or on other digital platforms
