Role Overview:

We are looking for an International Sales Specialist to lead
international sales
through
freelancing platforms
such as Upwork and Fiverr. This role is ideal for someone who understands web development concepts and excels at securing projects from global clients. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, crafting winning proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring successful project onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, bid on, and secure projects from freelancing platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and prepare compelling proposals tailored to their needs.
  • Maintain a consistent follow-up with potential clients to convert leads into successful projects.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to finalize project scopes, timelines, and pricing.
  • Ensure client satisfaction during the pre-sales, onboarding, and initial delivery phases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in
    online bidding/sales
    on freelancing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, and eCommerce solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposal writing and client interaction.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals confidently.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized with strong teamwork skills.
  • Self-driven, confident, organized, and a strong team player.
