About Us:

We are a leading women's fashion brand specializing in pret wear. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, trendy, and well-fitted garments to our customers. To support our growing operations, we are looking for an experienced Master (Tailor) to lead stitching and production for women's pret collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle cutting, stitching, and finishing of women's pret garments.
  • Supervise tailors and ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Ensure garments meet brand quality standards in terms of fitting and finishing.
  • Interpret designs/patterns and provide input for sampling and production.
  • Manage fabric utilization to reduce wastage.
  • Support the development of new styles and trial samples.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Master (Tailor), preferably in women's pret/fashion wear.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, stitching techniques, and fabric handling.
  • Ability to lead a team of tailors and helpers.
  • Attention to detail, precision, and finishing quality.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced fashion production environment.
