Role Overview

As the Creative Director / Head of Design, you will lead the entire design process — from concept and mood boards to final collections. You'll set the visual DNA of the brand, build and mentor a small creative team, and shape the design philosophy that drives every collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop seasonal concepts, color palettes, and collection themes (lawn, khaddar, festive, pret).
  • Oversee print, embroidery, and pattern development.
  • Manage sampling, fabric sourcing, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone across all product lines.
  • Stay ahead of fashion trends and translate them for the Pakistani market.
  • Build a design studio culture that's collaborative, curious, and quality-driven.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Fashion Design from PIFD, IVS, AIFD, or NCA (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience at a major local fashion house or brand.
  • Strong understanding of eastern wear, textiles, and surface design.
  • Command of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop (or CAD for prints).
  • Strong leadership, taste, and trend awareness.
