Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects and listings.
  • Create engaging content for social media, websites, brochures, and email marketing.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to generate and qualify leads.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and property listing portals ).
  • Organize and participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Maintain and strengthen the company's brand image across all marketing channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI and lead generation targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years proven experience as a Marketing Executive, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends will be an advantage.
